Hi I had one blue and one pink and got the same in both but I also found this Cars book reduced from £12 to just £2.74 at woolworths and if you have it delivered to collect in store there's no charge for postage. The cars book is age 4-6. Link Below

I re registered with Additions using another email address when I logged on to track my order it has merged my accounts showing previous orders I also paid on a credit card but no money has been taken my leap pad came this morning my other account is a credit account so I am guessing I wont get the discount guess I will have to send it back just waiting to check what I have been charged

**edit*** then again just checked and in my additions account status page it is showing as being charged to my card then the 18.50 refunded perhaps my card is just slow to show me online the transaction

I ordered some items using the discount code, but noticed the discount was not showing on the online statement.
I emailed them to enquire and they sent the reply below

"Thank you for your e-mail regarding your recent order.

Unfortunately on checking there appears to have been a pricing error online,also
the promotion code quoted was not sent to you direct from our marketing team
therefore we have had no option but to cancel the order placed."

Have many others had this issue, not sure if it is a case of ordering and waiting to see if the discount gets applied at a later date, as when you contact them they seem to automatically cancel the order.

I ordered a blue one and my OH ordered a pink one for our niece and nephew. They arrived today and we were delighted.........until I saw cantello's post that is.

another suggestion for extra books they have quite a few on additions if you type leap pad in the search box it will bring them up they are priced at £12 each but if you use the code again then you could get 2 books for £9, or a book and a cheaper object for a £5. HTH
