apparently argos will have stock in-store on friday so you may be able to reserve on-line and go pick one up when they open. Though you may have to stay up late/ get up early as the item goes 'live' on the instore system sometime after midnight:cool: also each store has different delivery times so it may be worth checking throughout the morning, hope this helps someone;)

the same thing has happened to me except when I go on parcelforce to try and track nothing comes up even though the status on game has been 'despatched' since saturday. Also last week the money did seem to go from my account 'pending' kind of thing but checking cant see any sign of it having gone from my account? What day do you think it will be delivered?

I'v heard HMV are a bit of a nightmare with pre-orders they dont promise to get it to you by day of release like game, OH pre-ordered a game a couple of month ago from hmv and think it came about a week later from what I can remember.

I wish it wasn't so but once again the online retailers will hype it and then fail to get sufficant stock, then there will be the usual diatribe about Ebay crooks charging more, when in reality it's been available for pre-order for months and people have been too lazy to order it. They will only have themselves to blame if they have to pay out more to buy a copy on the day of release, or the month or so afterwards.

And Yes I have it on preorder and have for a while, and only one copy...

ah, cheers for the heads up.

GF paid extra for recorded delivery. Only reason we used them was a money off voucher - maybe not worth it now

It's worth ordering online and letting the courier take the strain, the Wii Fit box weighs a LOT! Balance board is very well made.
