Wii (FIT) fitness now WHERE TO FIND (UPDATED 27/4)

I always thought it was due out this Friday but in the Gadgits section on the NOTW today they keep saying Tuesday??!!

I noticed this while reading the paper this morning but its definatly released 25/4/08, the only game coming up to be released on a tuesday is GTA4 which comes out next tuesday so maybe they slipped the wrong day in the paper.

Have pre-ordered one for someone I work with and got an email from GAME yesterday to say its been despatched via parcelforce so the sooner it comes the sooner I get paid.

Do they guarentee delivery for that date as their website says

Available to pre-order now for delivery on or after 25th April 2008
Deliveries are due to be made from 25th April

Argos is now saying out of stock i have just pre ordered on comet site so will see what happens with that one.

I think the delivery date of 22nd is an error.

Im certain it will be as stated on or after 25th April.

Im expecting it to arrive before Friday with Game. I have had my tracking code. So process for sending has started. I've had 3 pre-orders from game and they all arrived 1 or 2 days before the realease day.
Im sure it says further back here about someone recieving pre-orders earlier than the realease day too.

It did say available from 25th but also said it was in stock and the delivery option is 22nd and that's what it states on the email confirmation too, will just wait and see, just happy to have been able to order. I'll post if it does turn up on tuesday, my lot are driving me mad playing mario kart at the moment, the music is doing my head in

Game have a habit of shipping early, friends who ordered Mario Kart from game got it the day before it was out in store. Wii fit has an official release date of the 25th of April (thats Friday). Most online retailers ship a little early so you get it delivered to your door on release date, and lets face it, it will arrive into stores on Monday or Tuesday of this week so they have the stock and slaes material to put out Friday.

It's also possible they may be packing and putting dispatch information onto shipments but it's sat in the corner of a warehouse to be picked up Wednesday or Thursday.

However shipping or selling early is usually a no-no and it's been know for the wholesalers to make it hard for shops who break the embargo. Say the stock may only arrive on the morning of release, or be under supplied for what numbers they ordered (Sorry we ran short every one got less than planned) . All probably illegal, all probably deniable it it ever came to a legal case, and all probably happening now.
