How often should I check woolies and game sites for updates on stock levels
Thanks
Woolworths staff told me today they are not expecting any in until July.
I would check Amazon UK also, and maybe try one of the stock checking sites.0 -
After supposedly nabbing one from Woolies online, only to find out they were lying and it was on back order, I ordered one from Amazon Germany. Though not before ringing Nintendo who have confirmed that the warranty is indeed good in the UK.0

I have seen that argos in the republic of ireland still all have in stock, http://www.argos.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=30001&catalogId=1500001101&langId=-1&searchTerms=wii+fit
Anyone know any one over there?0 -
Yep, I got tired of searching in town and on the web so ordered from Amazon.de for 95Euros. Hopefully wont get any taxes now on it.....
Cant wait to try it out...Nice to save.0 -

You won't have any taxes to pay, it's coming from within the EU.
My French one played in English but the case and game instruction manual are in French.
My Wii insisted on an update before it would/could play the disc.....marywb, are you connected to the internet and is the Wii firmware up to date? If so and the disc is clean then it could be a faulty disc.0 -
Just a quick update from me.. my wii fit arrived today.. (Amazon France)
All plays fine in English and never read the instruction manuals anyway!
Seems alot of recent posters above have got their fit from amazon france and germany in the past few days.
I think the weekend and bank holiday over here didnt do us any favours to speed things up delivery wise, so if you have ordered in the last week then I would think its on its way.
To answer a couple of peoples questions...
If you are going into stores and asking, dont just ask anyone, ask someone who will be in the know about stocks - storemanager, supervisor etc. Also make sure you ask when they get their deliveries and what time it usually comes in on those days - that way you can base your visits on that...
If you are waiting for a delivery and they claim they have tried to deliver x amount of times as it was undeliverable and they havent left a card - alot of the time its nonsense and the driver has knocked off early/or hasnt bothered looking for your house properly and although it has been loaded on their van they dont deliver it...
You are best to give them a ring and sort it out - my boss received a letter a couple of weeks ago from Parcel Farce saying they had a parcel waiting for him that they hadnt been able to deliver as they didnt know his address!!!
its so silly you just have to laugh.. goodness knows how they thought the letter was going to get to him.. the other thing is we are a shop and post office in the middle of the village, so its the easiest place to find!
Just goes to show though that they wont bust a gut to get a parcel to you!0 -
hi someone told me last night that woolworths hunstanton norfolk had loads of wii fits on the weekend. Praps worth a call.......Things will get better day by day.0

It looks like Amazon France are out of stock now, they're quoting 1 to 2 weeks for new stock.Annie021063 wrote: »Newbie to this thread.

Don't bother, just use a stock checker. These sites check the stock automatically every minute - http://www.wii-consoles.co.uk/wii-fit-in-stock.asp0
