Given the contempt they've displayed towards you (on a BIG purchase), I'd first get the charge reversed for the 20" telly, by disputing it via c/card company if necessary - I can't see that being difficult as you never consented to buy the 20".

Then I'd tell M+S they can collect their telly at a time that suits you, but have a bit of fun with them - acknowledge that it's their property and you're safeguarding it but unfortunately you're off to Australia tomorrow for 6 weeks and after that you have unusual working patterns so a slot will be available for them to collect it between 5am - 5.30am every other Monday.
