    I've just phoned their office as I still haven't received mine. Spoke to Promotions manager Matthew Curly who assured me they were all being delivered and I should get mine soon. If I haven't received it by next Wednesday asked me to call back, he is leaving but said to speak to Sarah Robbins and they will then organise one to be sent out.

    I wondered if they were being distributed in alphabetical order and I am near the bottom of the list.

    Has anyone else with a name at the end of the alphabet received theirs yet??
