Cash Back Problems !!!!
Hi,
just wondered what probs other Money Savers have re getting money back from mobile phone offers. I am having a bit of a nightmare at the moment. Basically I sent off the required info - heard nothing - rang company (admittedly via sales number at first as I refuse to use the 0870 number) they kept on saying Cust. Services would ring me back but they didn't. This lasted a week & in the end I did ring the 0870 number only to be told after a few mins that I was 14th in the queue, so I put the phone down & got back onto the free phone number - still no joy !! I have e-mailed them & am waiting (but not holding my breath) for them to reply. Now I took out insurance via them & have told them I will find alternative insurance & inform the current company why. I also feel like cancelling my 3 contract and sending any early terminantion fee to this company. In my opinion my contract was with this company not 3 and therefore if they have not honoured their part of the contract then it is entitled to be cancelled, however although I'm happy to forward any invoices from 3 onto this company I don't want my Credit rating to suffer !!!
In a nutshell WHAT DO I DO !!!
As a couple of assides - 1) Great Website, wish I could offer more myself but you guys are just too sharp, do any of you have jobs ??? 2) I'm with everyone else re the 0870 numbers drive ya mad eh 3) and maybe somewhat surprisingly, I've had no problems with the 3 network - maybe I'm just lucky !!

Just an update,
I have just received an e-mail back apologising for any incomvenience and stating that authorisation has been given for my cashback & I will receive it within the next week ...................... lets just hope they're true to there word !!!
Whether I would have been better off e-mailing them from the off, or whether the fact that I faxed them the info for the cash back & could tell them the exact time & date I sent it helped I don't know, but heh, as long as I get my £ I don't care,
