when related to 'unlimited' downlaod accounts.. one man's regular usage for a week/month, while viewing x video trailers, music etc, may be another's whole years worth..

each ISP is different, ranging from just a few hundred megs at peak time, to hundreds of gigs a month kitz have some info, though not always up to date or accurate (many isps won't disclose their limits). i had the problem with BT, i believed i was on an 'unlimited' product, they believed 100Gb/month was too much, so i moved to another 'unlimited' provider, who, after a few months decided to limit the way i used my connection, then another with the same story, finally (hopefully) i grew a brain and did some research, i'm now with an isp with clearly defined limits (and an easy way for me to check usage) and i'm a happy bunny!

Genie mobile offered "free texts" and 500 mins for 20 per month. It got to a point where lots of my mates were on Genie so we were sending about 80 - 90 texts a day!

I had a phone call off them telling me to calm down with the texting as it wasn't fair use!
