I am currently with Orange on a 500 x net mins contract for £25 per month. My average bill is abot £80 per month (Wife goes mad every month).
I contact orange and they've offered me 500 x net mins plus 500 texts for £25 per month plus a new Nokia phone free of charge. New 12 month contract.
This appears a great offer as I do talk and text to much, do you think I could have hallged to get better or should I be happy with there offer ?
Cheers in advance.

I do think in all honesty that is an excellent offer and I would take it! I pay £25 to Orange for 120mins/250 texts and they wouldn't even give me the phone I wanted for free! I've wised up now though!0

Very Poor Offer!!!
I'm an O2 customer and spoke to O2 about getting more mins or I would leave the network and they offered me 500 Anytime X Network mins, 500 Texts, £15.00 per month and a £110.00 credit applied to my account0 -
with respect I would not be able to get this offer with o2 as I have no loyalty points with them.
Has anyone got anything better from Orange ?
500 x net mins plus 500 text for £25 ?

Orange are pants at giving exisiting customer new deals!!
Ditch them and go to O2 for better deals!
O2 have online tariffs with Free Texts and Free Mins http://www.o2.co.uk0 -
Always best to threaten to leave, particularly if you've can quote a better tarrif from another provider. It is not unknown for providers to match to prevent someone leaving.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:

them I was going to leave, they offered me 500 mins + 500 text for £25 or 750 mins and no text for £35.
I wanted 750 mins and 500 texts for £35 but they wouldn't do it, anyone got examples where they will ?nothing.0 -
Still say you should ditch them.. Why do you want to pay £35.00 per month for 750 X Network mins and 500 Texts when O2 do exactly same for £17.50 for an existing customer.. It goes to show Orange are poor at creating deals for existing customer.
I have a suggestion for you! Connect to O2 on a Sim only tariff this has a 30 day contract, after 30 days phone customer services and ask to speak to the retentions team and tell them your leaving to go to 3 as they have offered you a deal of 750 X Network Mins and 500 Texts for £20.00 per month and see what they come up with!!
I would place money on it that O2 will give you a good deal including a good phone!!!0 -
well it looks like I'm staying with orange. 500 x net mins and 500 text for £25 isn't bad, especially as I get a new Nokia phone as well.
Cheers for the advice altho not much came from current orange customers which I find quite suprising.nothing.0
