i don't understand why she's being so unreasonable.we were good tenants who didn't complain, were willing to wait for things to be done and paid our rent on time.
but as soon as we said we wanted to move out she turned nasty, including writing us a terrible reference which was full of lies. we only found out about it the evening before we were due to move in, so if the letting agent hadn't realised it was a severe case of sour grapes and let us get an alternative very good reference from the agents we originally dealt with, then we wouldn't have had anywhere to live!
it's good to know that there are lots of MSEs out there who are willing to give advice.:T what did i do before this site?!0
