puk code needed

My niece has blocked her phone which is on t-mobile it is asking for a puk code does anyone have 1 please.

only tmob can give you the puk code - everyone is different

You will be asked for your PUK code if you've had more goes at guessing your SIM card PIN code than you're allowed. You'll need to phone T-Mobile's Customer Services department to get your PUK code. For security reasons, it's only the network operator that can legally provide you with a PUK code to unlock your SIM.

For Customer Services:

150 from your mobile, or call 0845 412 5000
From overseas, +44 7953 966 150 .
