Mine seems ok - still had the plastic screen protector and came with memory stick, headphones, charger, manual, software etc - looked brand new - though was probably a return as the box was a bit tatty

Deal finished now anyway.

Rang them, They told me that they open the boxes to test the units to ensure they work before being sent out...which is plausable as there have been scams where people change the insides with those of blocked phones and then send them bck saying they are faulty.....Also said the bluetooth was on back order and I should receive it in a week

It has been a nightmare. We ordered the phone online on 24/07. Message said waiting for credit address checked (though we have lived here for 20 years!). After numerous phone enquires and no one called back as promised. Finally on 27/07 someone phoned back to confirm the order and promised the same deal of 11 months free line rental as stated online. The phone arrived today. The seal was off as the others reported, but the package was actually for 9 months free only. I phoned to enquire, it took 2 hours and 10 calls to get through. They said a deal is a deal, that's what I was given and I had no other choice. What a bunch of dishonest, incompetent and unreliable people! I wanted to return the phone, no one could even let me have the 'Return Code'. I now have to wait till tomorrow to start the hassle again. What a nightmare.
