I had the same problem at first with uploading the photos they replied to my email about it -

I'm sorry to hear of this problem. We are currently experiencing some problems with our uploader.
However, even if the uploader seems 'stuck', click on 'close' and the photos will actually be uploaded.
And it did!

Did this for valentines day and I got an email on Valentines morning saying that they couldn't process my order due to 'technical difficulties'. Ordered one for mothers day so we'll see what happens !

Am trying to do a card for my gran for my mother who lives in Cyprus and it is telling me I've already used the code. What can I do??? :eek:

Try clearing your cookies and then try again.
Have you already used the code btw?

Cleared my cookies, and still doesn't work. I haven't used the code at all - I've tried but I just get that message argh.
