Personalised Mother's Day (or any other) card for 40p inc P&P

Yes happened to me,think though its not a credit but is a debit to your credit card for previous mothers day card.:jAlso nothing showing in my order history,puzzled about that.Lets hope it arrives!

Erm, how can you find out if your card has been dispatched please?
I received an email to say they had received my order but not one to say it has been sent. It's my friends sons birthday today and I ordered Wednesday so according to their site it would have been sent yesterday.
Cannot find an "order history" section on their site.
Help please!

ordered mine yesterday, 41p woohoo!
...i've received the email informing me that it's being processed, but not the one saying that it has been dispatched. I've had a good look, but can't seem to find an 'Order History' page on greetings.photobox.co.uk, but there's one on the main photobox site, however...my order doesn't seem to be there maybe it'll turn up on my doorstep in a few days time:rolleyes:

Thanks Lady A but that page just shows my address details and email preferences!
I won't be happy if they have not sent it. :mad:

Ah found Order History on the Main Site and not the greetings part.
No items in order history though.
I am not happy if it has not been sent.
Why say it will be despatched by a certain date if this cannot be fulfilled?
If an 8 year old boy has not received his card today I will not be impressed by this company. :mad:
I understand that they cannot be held responsible for delays by Royal Mail but if it's not even been sent.....

Order history comes up on Greetings website if you sign in again when you see greetings page.Then box appears at top of page(My Details)

I'm really confused now. There's no order history when I sign in to the greetings section but in my basket there is a card for my MIL that they wouldn't accept the code on (which I've now deleted). So no card showing in history for my mum, even though I've had an acknowledgement of order by e-mail. Perhaps I'll get an e-mail to tell me it's been despatched on 25 February. If I don't I think I'll have to buy one.

Just had a call from my mom to say the card I ordered on Wednesday arrived with her this morning... She's extremely impressed and I'm currently no1 child (out of 4) 41p well spent methinks...
