I used the code 1pfriends to order a card, ordered it all and paid for it with my credit card, however when I log in to track its progress it says I have no cards but if I try to order another I have 41p credit on my account!? Does this mean its not worked and I've paid them 41p for nothing? I'm pretty confused so I'd be really interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem

Yes happened to me,think though its not a credit but is a debit to your credit card for previous mothers day card.:jAlso nothing showing in my order history,puzzled about that.Lets hope it arrives!

Erm, how can you find out if your card has been dispatched please?
I received an email to say they had received my order but not one to say it has been sent. It's my friends sons birthday today and I ordered Wednesday so according to their site it would have been sent yesterday.
Cannot find an "order history" section on their site.
Help please!

ordered mine yesterday, 41p woohoo!

...i've received the email informing me that it's being processed, but not the one saying that it has been dispatched. I've had a good look, but can't seem to find an 'Order History' page on greetings.photobox.co.uk, but there's one on the main photobox site, however...my order doesn't seem to be there
maybe it'll turn up on my doorstep in a few days time:rolleyes: 0 -

No items in order history though.
I am not happy if it has not been sent.
Why say it will be despatched by a certain date if this cannot be fulfilled?
If an 8 year old boy has not received his card today I will not be impressed by this company. :mad:
I understand that they cannot be held responsible for delays by Royal Mail but if it's not even been sent.....

Order history comes up on Greetings website if you sign in again when you see greetings page.Then box appears at top of page(My Details)0 -
I'm really confused now. There's no order history when I sign in to the greetings section but in my basket there is a card for my MIL that they wouldn't accept the code on (which I've now deleted). So no card showing in history for my mum, even though I've had an acknowledgement of order by e-mail. Perhaps I'll get an e-mail to tell me it's been despatched on 25 February. If I don't I think I'll have to buy one.0

Just had a call from my mom to say the card I ordered on Wednesday arrived with her this morning... She's extremely impressed and I'm currently no1 child (out of 4) 41p well spent methinks...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
