I use ebuyer for their prices, not their customer service
Never had a problem.

eBuyer- good customer service? I won't bore you with the details.
They do have some good deals but I feel this is often at the expense of customer service. I'm glad to hear they are working on it though.0 -
I'm a plus user!... been using them for ages without any problems whatsoever.
Everything I've had to return has been accepted and the return postage refunded. Ebuyer are my first port of call for any form of electronic/electrical goods. Great value, precise delivery days and prompt responses to the e-note system - nowadays!“When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years.”

I must give them a A+. I made my first purchase with them this week (wireless router - using it now) and selected the cheapest delivery which meant it would be delviered in 7/8 days, instead in came via next day delivery!!0

I just want to add - as a consumer with no vested interest, btw - that I have had excellent customer service from ebuyer. I bought a new processor for my comp. and it arrived in a couple of days. I put the chip in, powered on and - frying tonite!
I filled in their online form explaining what had happened and they didn't even ask me if I had inserted it correctly (I had - this is my living, after all), they just sent a new one in the next post. Not bad, I say. There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences. - P.J. O'Rourke0
