Anyone know how to do this? My request to easyJet Customer Services was refused in a letter saying: "As you know, easyJet flights are non-reundable."
Thanks.
Thanks.

you can pay a fee to transfer the flights i think its up to 6 months after the original flight. If you dont use them thats down to you and you loose your fees...as i understand it and from past experience.:T This site is great! Thanks to Martin Lewis & everyone who participates and helps so many people! Without you all, where would we be ??:T

Yes, you can reclaim thetax part of the fare. However the admin fee you are charged probably make it not worth wasting your time doing it.0

I called up a customer service number I got from Say No to 0870 at 8am in the morning (when it first opens) got straight through, and got £10 pp refunded, which was £10 pp more than I expected to get refunded.0

I've just called easyJet (using a number from SayNoTo0870.com) as myself and Mrs Baker were supposed to fly out to Rome on 14 February and return today but couldn't due to family reasons
. I got straight through, spoke to a very pleasant lady for a matter of 2 or 3 minutes and was told that £20 (£10 per person) would be refunded directly to my credit card.
Well done easyJet.This space has been intentionally left blank0 -

I got my taxes refunded, just ring up their customer services. They didn't chage me any admin fee to do so. The letter is wrong, you aren't claiming a refund for your flight, but the aiprot tax they collected but then didn't have to pay as you didn't fly...0
