Hiya
Is it just contract phones u have to get unlocke or is it payg as well
I have a payg and a contract both with 02. Do I take them to a 02 shop to get the phones unlock if they don't work with the new sim card??
I just can't remember what network the payg phone was brought on. This is a phone off my daughter which I am using a contract sim card. Confusing I know but she is using the contract phone with a payg sim card as this was easier when she left this country,.
Any help greatly appreciated

bit confused - do you now have 3 sims?
if all the networks are the same, there is no need to get the phones unlocked. Normally o2 phones bought on a contract a unlocked but this isnt always the case.
what network is the new sim card on?
yes o2 will unlock any of phones purchased from them - but usually for a fee.
