My friend has no proper heating.

Hi my friend is in bad debt, can get no credit or anything. She works full time on £15k but really has to scrape through the weeks with hardly any money. She has come on debt-free wannabe once but she does not want to seem to get help.
She has electric heating which hardly ever works so heats her room with a gas bottle and gas appliance but cost a bleeding fortune. She can not get a grant from anywhere, so she ends up going to bed early just to keep warm.
Why or where can she get help??:rolleyes:
She cannot even order a new heating system, what can she do??

She cannot even get it on her mortgage as they say she has a bad credit rating and now she says she can not afford to sell it and it won't make any money on it and so she has now asked to be put on the council housing list.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230 -
