AMEX online banking problem

Its down again I've just tried to register and it was having none of it.I phoned them and they say tech guys are working on it and it could be another week or two at least they are honest!!0

Try going in through this 'doorway' https://home.americanexpress.com/home/mt_personal_cm.shtml?
It's working for me anyway. Although oddly tonight it's only working on our 'alternative' browser - safari, and not on our main firefox browser.
Maybe I should ring AMEX and tell them about this loophole
