Do NOT telephone them again, please. The fact that you have hung on the phone so long has marked you out as a potential suckker.

Whilst you are about it, go to the OFT link and read the rules on debt collection. You are being scammed by this lot.
When you write to TS, include copies of all the letter that you have recieved from this mob, with the details of the date when you wrote to them and the copy of the letter to them
1. They should not force you to ring a premium telephone number
2. They are taking advantege of your ignorance of the law by suggesting they can take action (intended visit - not B***y likely and anyway, the visitor has all the rights of a paperboy).
3. No evidence sent of the debt - and this is in dispute.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
