Not sure if it is of any help but in my store today there were non left on the shelf but there was still the 1/2 price sign where they should have been.

They were still half price in Oxford at the weekend - I wanted one before Christmas when I was exchanging a facial spa thingie and ended up getting the REvlon one (for DD2) instead as they had none and the SA thought that they were being discontinued. I love mine, but the magnifying side  me!

I don't think there will be a problem with the GWP's as they are both from different ranges, No7 and 17. Plus technically the highlighter and pink box are both GWP but the Durham SA's aren't batting an eyelid at that ;)
You can get an ACM voucher for two Solo 17 eyeshadows for £5 if you want to use that too.
All should be well if you hand over the highlighter voucher first and £5 voucher last.
Then you get another £5 voucher and round you go again :rotfl:

    Well I did it:D
I went upstairs cos wanted to check ACM. The SA on photo counter was busy so went to till. The SA peered in my basket and said aren't you supposed to have a minimum spend to get that(GWP)? I said yes £20 and that should come to 20 and thought this could be hard work. She put it all through then I started producing my vouchers! The 250 points wouldn't go through but didn't insist (she said it was because I had GWP). I then gave 50 points wys £7.50. she said that won't go through either so I said "would you mind trying it" and it did! The highlighter one she said definately won't go through cos it will take your total under £20 for GWP. I said It worked the other day so she reluctantly put it through and it worked. She said "so you get that free?" Then I gave 100 points for No17 - no problem. when the SA saw the £5 pink voucher she said "I can't take that with all the others". I said "it worked before could you try it" and... it worked. She was not happy and said "and you get another one of these as she gave me my pink voucher.

So I am very pleased with my shop today - OH reckons I will get banned:rotfl:
I don't seem to get a No17 voucher from ACM but still chuffed with what I spent.
saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

The consensus is that "perky peach" is best for pale skins.

I honestly can't understand at all why some SAs get so sniffy about these things  it's not like they're paying for them out of their own pocket is it?

When I did the highlighter/another No.7 item/ GWP with highlighter vch and £5.00 pink vch last week I sort of shuffled nervously up to the till and said "I don't know if this will work....." (the wrong thing to say I know now!) and the SA practically grabbed my items and vouchers from me saying, all excitedly "it does, it does, we've all been doing it" :rotfl: I shall remember to go to her in future :D

  • OH was buying me one for Christmas...
Ordered it in November. It arrived, but didn't work.
He phoned CS and was told to package it up, take it to the Post Office, and return it. He wanted a replacement, was told they were out of stock, so it might be a couple of weeks. Fair enough.
    ...... Christmas post..... hoping.......
The replacement mirror finally arrived in January. It didn't work. We rang CS, and they said they would have it picked up, and refund when they had it. They picked it up. No refund.
We emailed them again, and were told the refund had been 'actioned' on Feb 4th.
Still no refund. Emailed them again, told them the initial order had been paid by PayPal, and on which email addy. No response.
I am really, really sick of this. :wall:
(I have a mirror, got sick of the circus, and put a new order in, and finally got one which worked.)

Anyone else had a bad refund experience? Any advice?
