Hadn't been since last Monday, so I was very pleased to get into a Boots to get some goodies. I wanted another couple of the P&P giftsets but the Boots I went to (Eastgate, Bristol, M32 near IKEA - was tempting myself back into the land of the living after an IKEA trip - yuk!)was out of stock of them. Boo - first problem.

No No.7 highlighter powders on the stand - 2nd problem - but I asked the SA and she found lots of the pink ones in a drawer. Not ideal as I was hoping to get loads in all the colours for various friends, but better than nothing I suppose.

Had hoped to get the highlighter/heavenly hands/GWP/highlighter voucher+£5 voucher combo, but they didn't have any of that range, rats!

Feeling a bit sulky by this stage, went to look at the Sanctuary stand as I have some £3 vouchers to use. Couldn't decide what to buy - fancied trying two things for £10 and GWP and seeing if I could use two £3 off vouchers, but couldn't decide what, so gave up on that one.

Decided just to get the men's No 7 shower wash and a highlighter. Then spotted some No7 Naturally Sunkissed Facial Gradual Tan on the main shelves (not the No 7 stand) with a SEL £4.62. I found an assistant and she price checked the moisturiser for me but it came up as £9.75 so I took her to show her the SEL. She said she thought the products had got mixed up and it should probably be the night-time version of the gradual tan moisturiser that should be reduced, but was happy to sell me the daytime one for the reduced price. On the shelf behind the full price label was a mixture of day and night versions, so who knows what should have been where?!:rotfl:On the actual No 7 stand, both versions were £9.75 or more !
Anyway, at this stage I stopped sulking and started plotting - manged to get
1 x No7 for men Multitask hair and body wash, £6
    1 x No7 Highlighter Powder, £10.25
    1 x No 7 Naturally Sunkisseed SPF 15 Gradual Tan £4.62
    1 x GWP
Handed over 250 points No 7 skincare voucher from current GWP - scanned no prob and points have been added, highlighter voucher from mag (there were loads of these in store BTW) and £5pink voucher. Total to pay £5.62. Got 250 offer points. Only got 8 points for the shop, which I don't understand at all - any ideas?
The SA was lovely (just seen on my till receipt that she was called Claire, so perhaps the loveliness goes with the name!!)- said she didn't think all the vouchers would scan, but she tried them and they were fine. It was such a success that I went round and did it all again!! Tried the night version of the No.7 Naturally Sunkissed in the hope that that would come up as the reduced price, but it didn't so I swapped back to the daytime one which has SPF in (aren't I good - dunno what the other differences between them are).
Sorry for a long post but I live in a male dominated household so they don't understand - DS and DH are currently whispoering to each other and laughing about me! Charming!

Clare+3 they had loads of P+P gifts sets & GWP on saturday in the Gloucester store. No mags that I could see though haven't asked the last few times I've shopped in there.
I got the No7 hand saviour, highlighter & GWP on sat, forgot to use 250pts but seems it's bleeping if trying to get the GWP so not a bad thing I guess.

I guess it stands for Health Club. I have joined this, you can join up to 3 I believe.
Do I need to activate it somehow or should I get a card or something?

Hi everyone! I thought i'd pop into Boots & see if I could bag a bargain or two today I still had No7 vouchers that I needed to spend too. I was in look as they were reducing all sorts of bits & bobs! I got the following:

Boots Heat Shield Protecting Styling Spray - 30p
    Sensodyne Toothpaste - 45p
Benefit Badgal Eye Pencil - £3
Amazon Forest Selection Box x2 ( contains passion flower soap, brazil nut & vanilla body butter & mango & babassu body was) - £1.66 for some reason though these went through the til & it took off another 56p so I ended up paying £1.10 for each!

    Total spend £5.95

This is better though - The SA is lovely who was reducing everything & she said that there was even more stuff in the boxes if I wanted to have a look & get any bits I wanted she would reduce them for me. I had a llok & there were 2 Protect & Perfect Beauty Serums. I asked how much they were going to be & she put them through & said £4.00! I took them both & grabbed 2 Highlights. I then headed for the ACM & printed out the 150 points vouchers for P&P! So,I got her to put them through seperatly & got 150 points on each plus the highlights & I used my £5.00 off vouchers so it was all free!!!!:T

Wow! You lucky thing! Wonder why they were reducing P&P? I got the Amazon Forest Selection box for Christmas and they're lovely - absolutely amazing for £1.10. Only completely jealous......
  • Just got back from another successful Boots trip. Today I bought some lovely clothes for my baby girl. I needed a dress for her for a christening and found a gorgeous one from mini mode at £5. Also got a long sleeved top for £1 and a skirt for £2. :j

    I also did this twice;

    1x no7 men's shaving balm £6.
    1x no7 illuminating powder.

I used the free illuminating powder voucher, £5 no7 voucher and no7 250 points on skincare. So I effectively got the above for free.

I also 'splashed' out on an i-brush that was free with the voucher.

I also got my sister some foundation from the 17 range at £5.29. I used 100 points on any foundation from PC and 100 points from Boots magazine and got the GWP.

    Very pleased.

Take it you were back in London Colney again today lol, keep thinking I might venture out that way but sure once I get there you would have whipped all the bargains on your daily trips....and no excuses your Daughter need the fresh air so you took a walk.....to Boots!! Just teasing

    what is an I-brush?

Went to boots to get some Max factor foundation,so I had to spend an extra £4.xx to make £15 so I could get the GWP:rolleyes:
Got a powder to make it up!

Also got the Mens P+P face wash for £6
    An Illum powder
    and some sanitary things:o

SA said you get a pink GWP with that and I had to say but I've only spent £16............before I produced my vouchers:rotfl:

    Used Free Illum Voucher
    £5 off pink voucher
    250pts voucher from GWP

So they paid me £1.50 to take away the face wash!

I'll get the collection for OHs Birthday on Monday:rotfl:

    What else do I fancy?

There was a display of these in Watford, by the tills. They all had individual reduction labels stuck on them, handwritten @ £9. I asked the girl on the till to scan the barcode, just in case I got lucky, and it scanned at £18.

I wonder if it is worth ring CS. I bet they will say something like reductions like these are at the discretion of the Store Manager.

This might only help rubylou ;) but no reductions on the S&G or hatboxes in Prospect.

For heavens sake  That shop is obviously managed by a right tight munter:mad:
