I am completely new to this and have never really collected the boots points, so how much do you get to spend for the points you collect ??, ie is 1000 points a £1 ?, also where do I get the big bonus codes from, ie the one I saw on someones shopping list saying article promotion 3000 points free

    1,000 = £10 Daisymac :) wish it was for £100 though ;)

If you find 3 items under the premium beauty, add to basket (even if you're not buying them, and you'll see them appear. Don't forget to empty the basket if you're not buying! :)

Then there's a discount thread on here.

  • Afternoon all, looks like you're all having fun bootsing today. Just wanted to ask two (probbly stupid) questions.

    My OH got my valentines gift at Boots and was given vouchers which he also gave me because he had no use for them (Thus giving me a nice excuse to wander to Boots later on today :D ). However I've been pretty busy and haven't been into a boots for months so;

1-What are the cheapest items that can be bought with the No7/Ruby&Millie £5 voucher? (I've looked on the website but gotten so lost!)

2-Does the voucher for a free 6x4 photocard need to be redeemed on a card made with the yellow photo machine or the blue one? (As they only have a yellow one here but I can get to a blue one tommorow).

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help, happy bootsing!

Thought I would remind everyone that if something is on clearance and offer you will get both.

I did I bought something that was reduced but also on 3-4-2 so got it even cheaper. Also I got three for less the price of one :j

Was successful with the No7/Highlighter/GWP/5.00 pink voucher and 250pts today with No 7 Intelligent Balance Day Fluid (9.75) = 4.75 to pay and 250pts. SA even asked whether I had the highlighter coupon before I could whisk it out. Not tried the fluid before, but it's nice and light so goes well on top of the P&P. No clearance to speak of, no fcuk clearances.

    Oxford St

Tried P&P/Highlighter/GWP/250pts/5.00 pink voucher twice - got one yes and got one no. The "yes" was the chemist adding 250pts manually.

The "no" was because P&P considered as giftpack and already had GWP, so no highlighter and no 250pts. Called CS afterwards and she agreed to add 250pts, which I went straight out and collected. No clearance to speak of, no fcuk clearances.

    Never hurts to try...

If you check your account online, they should be showing as pending. They won't appear on your balance until you physically put your card in an ACM.

Can anyone recommend a Electric shaver for around £30? Its for my oh.

    TIA

I'm not sure what your oh is like, but mine's a bit funny about electric shavers. I can ask him for you though, if that's any help? :)

I'd hold on to them unless your local Boots sells bargains as good as the one near jediteacher ;) Seriously, someone said there are Summer sales (i think it was summer ??) but I'd definitely wait until after Mother's Day :)
