WOW!!! That picture is amazing, thank you so much for sharing it with us. Oh and Michelle have a **doosh** because you're making me want another so I can have a funky scan! Nah that's bad isn't it
I just want to be able to buy baby stuff, make baby food (for some reason I enjoyed that) and have a funky scan which are bad reasons to have another :rotfl: . I was sort of lucky with DS2, because DS1 was so close to being still born (as in less than an hour they predicted) I was scanned with him on a fortnightly basis (not a 4D one just the normal one) until 30 ish weeks then weekly, sometimes several times a week, so I was sick of the sight of him before he was born :rotfl:
Well I've been on a major mission all day again, baking, cleanin, tidying etc etc. I've even done DS2s floor by hand with a rubber glove on to get rid of all the hair, the carpet is a nightmare and clings to it, did so much I've wore holes in the gloves!!! Boys rooms have had a complete clean down inc the bed frames etc which I didn't do yesterday. Plan is do what I can when they are here because I can't concentrate when they are bouncing around then study when they are asleep/at school.
Dithering Dormouse welcome
Right, time to see if the butter has softened enogh to make the cookies, back laterOne day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
I've been trying to find the bottom of the laundry basket. Haven't found it yet but can now see into the basket rather than just the heap balanced on the top - I think that's progress!0 -
Back home again - success, cricket bat at half price so saved £20.
Just having a cuppa then get the washing in and make quiche for tea - that will go down well - not!
OH can get DS3 from his party - I am sick of the car today. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Dithering dormouse you'll get there, I just found mine
until tomorrow, or when DP gets his shower
Wind picked up again here so brought the plastic bed sheets in off the line before I have to chase them round the street.
Butter still not soft enough so I've put it on the radiator for a bit (in the bowl of course before anyone says....) mustn't forget about it. Brownies chopped and into little pots for packed lunches. Those rolls were lovely, even if they were flat, soft and niceWill keep trying.
I'm out of napisan, grrr, got a pile of cloths with blood on them from DS1s nose bleeds on his bed frame, walls etc (why he has to wipe it everywhere I don't know!) which need soaking so think I'll just have to try bio powder.
AnWsMum that news thing would be funny, if it haddn't happened to me so often, Ds1s already bid on things on ebay but thankfully was outbid, he won himself a toy he wanted last week but that was with my permission, and last Christmas ordered his presents from Argos! 'Don't worry just put that number in and Christmas is sorted' little devil! He watches over my shoulder when I am inputting passwords etc then just copies it.One day I might be more organised...........

Afternoon everyone
Welcome Dither Doormouse, hey bet your place isn't as bad as the ones on TV that Kim n Aggie are tackling:eek:  Do you think people really live like that or do they let it get a bit worse than normal before the cameras arrive??;)
You guys have been busy today, deserve a cuppa and feet up, I can't get motivated-haven't done any flying:oWW lost 33 lbs so far, [strike]13st1lb[/strike] [strike]12st13lbs[/strike] [STRIKE]11st12.5lbs[/STRIKE] 11st11lbs0 -
:coffee: time again.
For the last hour have had a very helpful Littlemeister with me.
We have put all the shopping away
Cleared the spare room wardrobe and drawers for the french student to put her stuff
Deposited most of said stuff in DS wardrobe (he's the only one with one big enough)
Mucked out DS wardrobe as there was minging stuff in there
Finally sorted the bin bag of rubbish that has been in his room for about a month and rescued 3 spoons, 1 knife, several ball point pens, a space pen, a lazer pointer, and about 8 dice.
Have found the big bolster pillow and put a clean case on it and put it back on our bed (have no idea why it was on bottom of wardrobe)
Collected up everyones washing.
Now going to start on sorting the washing so I can put WM on as will have about 10 loads this weekend as plenty of ski stuff came back after I done washing last week.
Lilme - how can you run out of ANYTHING, I'm so surprised that you havent got any in your stash
Dusty - it makes me cross when I do something nice for tea to be met with pulled faces and 'I dont like that' but I still make stuff they arent keen on if we like it
Michelle - the scan looks wonderful altho it took me a while to work out what it was. The technology these days is amazing
Best I go run againMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
lil_me,
Not sure if I am reading your post right (WW3 going on in the background at the min) but soaking blood stains in cold water with salt added then wash as normal is the best way to remove blood.
ok off on a peace keeping mission...0 -

I like it, altho I was daft enough to let DD get a Crispy duck and pancakes boxed thing for tea  but she has been very good lately so a treat wont go amissMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0
