    Afternoon all,
I've finally finished hoovering and dusted my bedroom, I've also done what seems like continuous loads of washing and drying and folding....!!

I'm going to sort through stuff and clear out later on tonight, I think.
I've been watching CSI, Its nice to enjoy the quiet while I can.
I was going to make fish pie for tea tonight. I'm not sure if I can be bothered, but I've got an hour to decide....

All the washing dried out on the line so that's folded and put away now.

I went into the front garden and hacked back some of the cotoneaster which is getting out of control. Filled up green recycling bin which gets emptied tomorrow, so I should be able to finish cutting it back after that.

Done it! that's the first time I've ever spent that much on a hoover lol been putting off buying it all week cause I'm too tight to part with the best part of £100 lmao hope it tracks.

Good afternoon everyone. I haven't been on since mid last week. Been a bit hectic at work due to director being off for surgery from today and then went to see the IL's at the weekend so, hoping to get back on track today.

So pleased to see the master bedroom on the list for today - I really need to get that sorted. So many clean clothes that need to be put away.....!

galantvr4 - I [STRIKE]think I might[/STRIKE] will join you on the giving up side of things. I did it in June and did so well but folded at Christmas..... :( Just to warn you, the first few weeks are murder but, it gets easier. I am going to do it again and now that I've said it on here - I can't go back. PM me if you're having a bad time of it - I wouldn't mind having someone to help me! :o

JillD - I will PM you re: Nirvana. Just wanted to let you know I hadn't forgotten about your question.

BIG HUGS to everyone that needs them. It took me a good few hours to read through the rest of last weeks and the beginning of this weeks post! Can't remember half of it now.... Hope everyone is ok.

Need a bit of advice if there's any going - I work in an office of 4 people. My Managing Director (MD) has been accusing me of having an affair with one of the other office people (we'll call him CM) for over 6 months now. It has just been sort of joking but, recently he has been more serious. Today, he sat me down for half an hour telling me the affair has got to stop and that I'm ruining a family, etc, that I could loose my job, etc. The thing is - we ARE NOT having an affair!!! We are NOT flirty or anything - I cannot see where MD gets this idea from!! CM is older than my father so, I wouldn't even think about it! CM, our secretary, and I have found it funny up until now but, after the conversation MD & I had this morning, I'm now worried and insulted at the same time. No matter what I say - I cannot seem to convince him that there is nothing going on. Please, any ideas would be welcome. Thanks in advance!

Ok, I'm off to print the list for tonight. Will probably not post my flying until tomorrow as I've got a film out for tonight for me and OH to watch so, will fly, cook, film, and then BED!

What a horribly awkward situation ashbart! Dont really have any advice, if you've already told the MD there is nothing going on not sure what else you can do:confused:
Perhaps schedule a meeting with the MD yourself to reiterate your point, maybe with CM present?

    Well DH is on holiday!

Yesterday he went out all day with the kids, so I did the dishes and cleaned out teh smelly bin cupboard (yes my bin is in a cupbard, firstly to hide it from the kids, then the dog).

Today I got him to move those two broken and huge telly's out the bedroom, so we took them to the tip then went onto town and spent money, I got BOOTSSS!!!!!!!! Does that count as doing the master bedroom??? Please?

I broke a nail about half way down the nail bed so I just glued it with false nail glue, I hope it holds if it comes off it's going to hurt.

Got lots of plans for him while he is off too :j Though won't be keeping to the flylady thread I'm afraid, will be more a 'do what we feel like as and when we feel like it'. Will post what we have done though.

    so today.

    got rid of 2 tellys
    S&S kitchen
    S&S living room
    hoovered downstairs
cleaned WM tray, did a rinse with vinegar and soda crystals (thats what to use right?), cleaned round the door seal and inside the tray bit too
    WM and TD (on) load

DH is at the park with the kids and tehir scooters, DS2 has a 4 wheeled scooter and is doing great right now, he can actually scoot on it! He is so pleased!

Pigpen, your kids look darling, how did you bribe them to sit nice?

Thanks for the all the reminders - got there on time, got a free parking space and returned stuff to M&S so success all round. Time to get pots out of the AGA and put the kettle on - be back soon.
