Will they replace my phone???

Hi ive got a 18 month contract with vodafone which ends in july 08.
My phone is a nokia 6280 and last week i dropped it and the bit on the back where the camera is broke off and the side of the phone cover cracked.
Ive been paying insurance every month so will vodafone replace /fix the phone if i take it to them??

Probably. Read your insurance documentation to see exactly what is covered. It will also tell you how to claim.0

Yes, they will but there will be an excess of £25 to fix it like on any insurance claim that that you do. If they can't fix it, it will come back on BER and they will offer either same handset if they still stock them or an equivalent handset. Normally out of choice of 3 or 4.March Wins
