I have had same probs with login and havent been able to read any mail since i signed up on 20 Oct. Extremely frustrating.
I emailed them and received an automated response that they are busy and will get back to me in 5 days - but will I be able to access their reply :-/
More worrying is the £41pcm increase.
Its not like I live in a mansion just a 3 bed terrace!
Thought this was going to save me money ???
Anyone experienced similar?0 -
they are rubbish at estimating direct debits, if you have a good idea what you use(even better if you have your previous years bills and figures that you can quote at them) they will normally update your payment amount, usually you'll end up with a big surplus if you stick with their calculation, then the next year you'll have a ridiculously low direct debit whilst your slush fund covers the rest. Normally they are quite happy to update once they have heard from you.0

Thanks for that Woby_tide.
I have emailed them already about this so hopefully they will reduce back down to my normal amount at least.
If not it looks like i'll be switching again0 -

Powergen sets out new price rises
Powergen customers are facing further price rises
UK energy giant Powergen has announced it is to increase its prices once again this year.
Gas prices for consumers are to rise by 9.6% - the third rise this year - while electricity prices will be increased by 8.9%, the German-owned firm said.
The increase means that gas prices for the company's six million customers will have surged by 17.6% during the course of 2004 alone.
It was the second rise for electricity prices, which jumped 6.9% in January.
More soon.0 -
