    Also, there are heaps of things you can entertain yourself with that are free, or cheap to do.

    I take it you have already posted your SOA on here? Could you move into shared accommodation? Like a shared flat but with your own room? I had a great time in London when I flatshared (and still doing it now!) - sure, some places are dodgy, but same as anything else - just dont move into somewhere you are not comfortable living!

    Wow, can't believe how nice everyone is being! I really needed this, thank you. Feel a bit more positive this morning. Going to look at a few more house shares today, hopefully one will be ok.

    Hey, basement flats are all the rage you know! :p some guy out there will think you are uber cool for living in a basement ;)

    I think you need to think of the positives (hard I know).. but think about meeting a new guy one day who you will be really happy and secure with.. x

    I think you are being very brave, and I know things must seem uncertain and scary right now, but you will get through it.. and you will be a stronger person for it..!

  • Ok have had a look on tinternet, There is a site called www.flatmateclick.co.uk I have signed up to them to have a look and see what its all about. There are quite a few people wanting house shares in and around the leeds area. And not grotty ones either. And the prices are not to bad either. Maybe worth you having a look chick. Good luck x

    Havn't been to Otley for a good few years:confused: , used to work in Harrogate severalteen years ago:eek: :eek: ,if you want i'll pm the number of the housing fed i'm with not sure if they take single people , but i'm paying £56 a week for a 1 bedroom flat apart from weekends i'm out 12 hours a day:confused:
