ICICI Bank Took Double the amount they should have

Hi
I recently asked ICICI HiSave to take a payment from my linked bank account.
But a few days later I was shocked to discover that they had taken out 2 payments of the same amount - and it was quite big. This left me overdrawn in my bank account - but thankfully I haven't been charged by bank or at least not yet.
ICICI said it was due to a technical error (but I think another one also happened with not paying enough interest at the end of January - see other threads!)
Basically as I was so withdrawn, I had literally no money to live off for a couple of days until I sorted myself to transfer one of the payments back which took the usual 3 working days.
ICICI just keep saying it was a technical issue and they try to make sure these things don't happen but I feel badly done that I've had to really struggle for a few days money-wise at their error.
I was wondering what my rights are?
If anyone could please advise, I'd be really grateful.
Thanks very much.
