£73.99 at the present time, still humming and hawing over the bm situation :mad::mad: :rolleyes:0 -
Didn't I see the poster in the second post say that they got it £20 cheaper from amazon because they were price matching with some other supplier?
So if Amazon aren't price matching - does this other supplier still have the "good deal"?I ordered this one yesterday from Amazon @ £59.99. I have just phoned them after seeing this price on HDUK and they have refunded the extra £20, so I am well pleased with that price I thought the £59.99 was good, and it has already been despatched so I can't wait to try it outHi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. No idea, think I'll just order the fastbake with my points and be done. That way it's free and I can join the MR Fastbake BM Club
don_ky01 says it'll be another gadget to clutter the kitchen, don't know why he's worried the kitchen's my domain :whistle:0 -
Too late, just ordered it and it should be here within 28 days0

I almost got through a whole day without "harumphing" someone
You're right though - there's no point in buying something just because it's a "good deal". It needs to be something that actually does the job that you want it to do.I love my fastbake too

*chuckle* It took me a few seconds, when reading the thread title to work out "bread maker". In my field, Early Years, BM has a whole other meaning, and you definitely wouldn't want it in your kitchen.Pick battles big enough to matter, small enough to win. - Jonathan Kozol0

Hi AB
I have had a fastbake for a couple of years now and love it. I've never had a failed loaf. I don't know what the panasonics are like (although I do fancy the sound of them) but I can definately recommend the MR fastbake. Good choice especially if its free!
