Dialaphone - What a disgrace!

On Monday evening I managed to get Dialaphone to price match the OSPS Motorola V3 @ £1.99 for 10 months followed by 2 months @ £30.

The phone arrived this morning but did not include any detail about the redemption process. On investigating this with Customer Services they told me that the deal was £30 per month with no redemption.

Unfortunately the deal has now gone off the OSPS web site and a guy in CS is saying they can no longer price match.

What can I do? I have asked them to review the taped conversation which they can do, but this guy is still saying there is no guarantee that they can do the deal.

This shouldn't be allowed to happen! B******s.

Terminate the contract under the 14 day distance selling law and send them the phone back whilst remembering to stop the direct debit.

Thanks, but I didn't really want to do that as there doesn't seem to be a deal around at the moment that matches this.

What I expected was for them to honour the deal and not renage on it, some deals are hard to find.

Just spoken with a sales manager as CS is closed and he managed to find 4 price matches on Monday all for the same deal and one of them is mine, he seems to think that the deal is a done deal.
