Thats what I call a hostile reception. Then again if you saw the idea behind the show and didn't know Martin was involved you might expect another freak show too.

What a horrible web site to be on.0

Yes horrible. Why again?? These people are saving money so they can afford their first house whilst you people are spending it without any assets normally and then bankrupting. They hate the economy because of cheap credit and how this is affecting the economy and their aspects of life and you people abuse the economy by abusing cheap credit and how that is destroying your aspects of life.
Looks like both groups of people have been affect by cheap credit to be fair. A lot in common! Both sets are consequently affected by cheap credit, its use and abuse and effects on the economy.0 -
I think the point of the show really is to help people save money on essential things and generally day to day living, not necessarily people who use credit/ are bad debtors?0

Who exactly are 'you people'? If you are referring to the members of this board then that includes me and I'm insulted by your post.Only 3% of those registered blind in the UK have zero vision.0 -
I quite agree with TheBottomLine.
Delboypass......am I one of "you people" too? Please give me some facts to back up your statement or just put a sock in it for once :snow_grin"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow........":snow_grin0 -
you people get insulted far too easily. Im starting to think you are all sitting at home wrapped in cotton wool and bubble wrap looked after by the nanny state.
'You People' is only a term to reference multiple people who have excessed on credit cards including many people not on this forum. of course everyone is not included in this statement as many people such as myself are here to help people out.. Wake up a little bit and read the real message about how everyone is affected by cheap credit which was the point i was making.0 -
Come on guys, let's get a bit real here... The posting on the other site read like an advert for debt consolidation loans (particularly all the hopes and dreams stuff) and if it had been posted on here by somebody non-Martin-like I'm sure it would have received a similar slagging. Loved the post from Gordon Brown - hope he gets on the show.0
