Are Force 9 any good?

Thinking of signing up to Force 9 broadband for 2MB connection @£21.99 p/m (30:1 contention ratio, no download limits) which sounds good. I've heard also that they are one of the best ISPs for customer service....is this true? My last ISP (Bulld*g broadband) was really poor for customer service, i just don't want to make the same mistake again.

Essentially the same as Plusnet.
