    Just use the beer and a stock cube or two in place of the liquids in pretty much any beef stew/casserole recipe. (or lamb come to that)

    Booze doen't really go off so I'd just keep then all in the cupboard, then you won't have to buy any next year, thus saving yourself a considerable amount of money :beer:
