We used our Tesco clubarcd vouchers - £2.50 TCCV gives £10 towards entry to the Tower.

Tower is great. There is a circus they'll love, indoor play park thing (massive)and if they are in to dancing there may be a dance in the ball room plus a trip to the top of the tower.

Can't help with any discounts though.
  • Hmmm, not much help but their was a voucher printed in the daily express every day last week up until saturday that could be used at the tower. Kids go free i think. Maybe worth asking around in case anyone got one in their recycling box!

Alternativly use tesco vouchers and buy your tickets the day before to guarantee a good seat in the circus. Arrive late on the day and you run the risk of sitting in the balcony which is really high.
Am i here to save money or spend money......hmmmmm

But the girls want to go in the tower, any discount out there for tower?

We went to the tower for the first time last year and have to say we were not impressed with it at all. there is a large play area for the kids but if you cant find a seat then its not really suitable as you wont be able to keep an eye on the kids.
We thought we would get a seat into the circus but there were no seats left so instead we were told we could go to the show on the night which we didnt want, we wanted the circus. I thought it was very expensive for what you actually got for you money, if I remember rightly it was about £50 for us all to get in, so yeah I was pretty disappointed with the tower.
Also the day we went you were not allowed to use discount vouchers (the printable kind of vouchers) , but it was a bank holiday so thats probably why so if you do decide to go and have discount vouchers just check that you can use them.

Id deffinately do the zoo, the girls will love it. We do the zoo every year and never get bored with it. Make sure you take a picnic, theres benches so you can have a nice lunch as the food hall is quite expensive.
  • you could try blackpool freecycle.org. the blackpool gazette had vouchers in all week and maybe people still have them. not sure what attractions were in tho.

ya can usually buy cheaper tickets at tourist info and maybe tower website not sure.

i do know sea life tickets online are a lot cheaper on their website.

    have fun xx

i have just looked at the pleasure beach website and cant believe the prices for blackpool pleasure beach, even when booking in advance. its £25 for a wristband this weekend. better value if you go to Alton Towers. Now trying to persuade kids to do something else on our weekend to Blackpool!
    Just about to give up!
