Agree with Grumbler. I love Nationwide but i only have the basic cash card account with I am more than happy with. I have found customer servises to be pretty fair but the guys in my local bank are really very helpful.
I also use MS Money, never tried to work with excel, I find MS Money downloads my statements into my account package daily, extreamly happy with it0
