    I must admit I don't like the unexpected.

    If these fellas had turned up at my place I'd have wanted to see the paperwork for what they were doing - even if just to check they were at the right house.

    I'd have probably sent them away; unexpected visitors make me nervous.

    Once I started to see what they were up to I'd have stopped them until it was sorted out, by contacting the landlord.
