:mad: Ok Im having problems connecting to my DG834G wirelessly.
It tries to connect, but halts at renewing IP address. I manually assigned 192.168.0.17 in TCP/IP and it connects, then disconnects straight away. any ideas anyone....:o

Yea Ive tried fiddling with the encryption WEP first then WPA, then I dissabled security.
Ive forwarded the gateway on my firewall and checked the WSA list has assigned a MAC address.

what happens if you try wirelessly without encryption?
it is best to let the router assign the wireless ip btw, using dhcp.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -

that all looks good too.. you have been allocated a 192.168 address, which means you are connected to the router.
can you ping www.google.com

You need to use ipconfig to flush the dns and routing tables..
