Getting PAC from Vodafone
Hi, can someone clear this up for me.
I Want to move to O2, previously I've been told that I can just call vf up and get my PAC there and then and only pay pro rata the rest of the contract.
I've called twice now, one person said 'right it's in the post' and today because it's not turned up said I've got to write in to give my 30 days notice.
Does anyone know? I Cant seem to find any t&c's on there website that's not for music or a package that's not even close to mine.
