Nokia 6500 Classic - Call Settings

I've recently got a Nokia 6500 Classic, however when anyone calls me it just says "call" in the display. I've read the manual but cannot think which setting i need to change. Any help would be appreciated please

Do you mean it doesn't give the callers name who it is calling or it doesn't even do that? If it's just the name then go.....
-main menu
-contacts
-options
-memory in use
and set it to whatever you've got your numbers saved to. Or both if they're on the phone and the sim. This works on the 6300 which is basically the 6500 classic without the 3g. If you mean it doesn't even show the number then i have no idea!

Its only when recieving calls i have this issue even if the callers is my contacts its displays "call"

Reset to factory defaults now ok:j
