Unlocking Nokia N80, Crap service (moan zone)
Hi all,
1. Can someone tell me how i can go about getting the unlocking code from Orange?
I've been speaking to the Orange customer service since Oct 2007 with regards to my unlocking code. Each time they promised me to send the code via email within 11 days. 4 months and many phone calls later, I still not got my unlocking code! How difficult can it be? Surely it doesn't need to take 4 months?!?!
2. With (1) and other complaints in mind, I would like to discontinue my Orange tariff. How can I go about doing that? I hope there is a need to send my termination request in writing. People can't seem to do things properly.

Orange as a brand, is fine. The problem lies with the people who runs it.
