    If any one knows the MD, that sometimes gets things going if you send one to the MD and one to customer services and CC their name at the bottom.

    You cant claim the money from the bank as its a debit card-maybe they are inundated with complaints after mothers day and valentines.If they are a florist-how come you cant phone them:confused:
