You cant claim the money from the bank as its a debit card-maybe they are inundated with complaints after mothers day and valentines.If they are a florist-how come you cant phone themFirst and last time I use this company....
Took payment for my Mother's day flowers, and nothing.... No delivery. I cannot get them on the phone and they have not replied to either emails I have sent.:mad::mad::mad:
What can I do now... I could write a letter but that is probably going to be ignored as well.
If any one knows the MD, that sometimes gets things going if you send one to the MD and one to customer services and CC their name at the bottom.
Any help appreciated. Can I claim money back as its a debit card?
