I have 2 computers both running windows XP. With one of them I recently have been unable to access my banks etc. It says page unavailable. The other works ok. I have compared the internet options and they seem identical. I then reset the faulty one to defaults. still to no avail. Any ideas?

Most often the reason for this is an incorrect date set on your pc - is yours set correctly?0

It sounds like either a corrupt file, or some spyware.
Try this http://www.fixieonline.com/pagefix
You have to download it, but it seems ok (did a google check - feel free to do the same)0 -
Are you typing the web address in or is it saved as a bookmark?
I just wonder if it has been correctly saved?
Secondly check you have cookies enabled. What Web Browser are you using?0 -
I do not type a web page. for example myebay. When i click on myebay I get a security warning. when I click on ok next page is unobtainable

I am usung Int. exp.6. I have spent today checking every setting in the Tools/ internet options with the one that works and every setting is exactly the same. On both computers I use the same settings, the same ISP and the same Int. Exp. 6 but one lets me access secure sites and the other does not. Any more ideas?Something Really Interesting0
