Mobile Upgrade problem

I am looking for your opionions on my problem with BT Mobile.

On the 22nd On June I received my Motorola v635 as an upgrade from BT.

When I telephoned for the upgrade I asked if the mobile came with a personal hands-free of some kind as it is a MP3 mobile. I was told yes and that it came with a Data cable and CDrom also.

This all slipped my mind and a week after I got the phone I realised that in fact I had not received any of the mentioned items.

I telephoned BT who again said yes it should have come with it and they would arrange a swap on the Monday. I waited in all day Monday and Tuesday and nothing arrived.

Tuesday afternoon telephone to be told there had been a mix up and it would be with me by 12 noon on Wednesday.

Still didn't arrive so called them back and they said the couriers were causing some difficulties and that they promissed it would be with me by 12 noon Thursday.

Needless to say it didn't arrive on Thursday so whn I called this time I was told that apparently their system was wrong and the extras were not included with the phone but they would honour it and send them out and issue a credit of £15.00 fgor my waisting 4 days with children on holiday waiting for a delivery.

I went on holiday and when I came back called them again. They now say that their system said those items do not come with the phone and that the poeple dealing with my call were not available that day.

After me complaining and saying that I would be sending a letter of complaint to head office she told me that if I could give them another day she would get it sorted out an that she would call me back.

I have given them their day and not received any call.

Obviously I could pick up the pieces cheap enough from Ebay but feel I, and my children, have been messed about and inconvenienced on the week before our holiday

What do you think I should do now.

Hi and Thanks for your reply.

Did you use the Customer Service no. to transfer to the complaints department or a different one as I cannot find any other no. on my statement.

When I call them they don't seam to want to let me talk to anybody else managers, supervisors or otherwise.

I really am a patient and understanding person and feel that I have given them enough time to sort it all out.
