Cheap Deal with no catches

Can you please advise me.

I want a cheap mobile phone deal (doesn't everyone?!).
I don't need a cameraphone. I'm a low user - estimate less than 100 mins per month. Main use to call/receive calls from landlines.

Are there any deals out there which don't involve cashback (or should that be 'catchback)?

The best 'plain vanilla' deal I have seen is 9.99 per month from Onetel, including 60 mins of calls. Can you beat that?

Doubt you will get much cheaper than that!

Orange have some good deals online as do O2 but there a bit more expensive.
Just for your information Onetel Mobile uses the Vodafone network if you want to check coverage

As you are only going to call mainly landlines would you not be better getting a cheap payg phone on say Virgin.
