Boiler efficiency?

Hi all,
Have just been told my the estate agents that the house we are looking at has a 10-year-old Thermeron W40501 or Thermeron W50801 oil boiler.
Having had a look on the internet I can only guess she meant a Thermecon
Have been trying to find out how efficient it is to calculate possible oil use but can't find out.
Does anyone have or know anything about these or could hazard a guess as to how efficient it would be. Had a look on the SEDBUK site but couldn't see either model anywhere!
If you don't know, how efficient would you expect a 10-year-old boiler to be, how long can I expect it to last and how much does it cost to replace?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon: Give the manufacturer, GAH Heating, a ring... http://www.gah.co.uk/GAHThermecon/frameset.htm I suspect the boiler is Band C or D. Couldn't comment on cost for new condensing oil boiler as my OH does gas only...but oil boilers are more expensive. To find an OFTEC registered installer or for more info on heating by oil visit www.oftec.co.uk

Excellent! Thanks for that.
Just called them and they say whichever model it is Band C and should be 85.7% efficient, but also that it could be more, but they aren't allowed to say more than that...confusing!
Is 85.7% OK? Sounds quite good to me!0 -
Good afternoon: You're welcome! Good level of efficiency. Best of luck with house hunting;)
