thanks this story has really cheered me up and shows there is still hope for the little people against these giant companies whose senior bosses are so removed from real life and issues. 500 bucks is probably what the CEO of this company spends on a business dinner!0 -

Before getting snarky at users who are actually trying be helpful, try reading the thread properly: the OP didn't say it was a 500 pound claim, someone else, trying to be flippant, did. Winding up orders are effective ways of dealing with companies that ignore legal proceedings.0
