ISA limits

Options
Wonder if someone could clarify this for me... its puzzled me for a while.

I have a stocks and shares isa at the moment which I pay 50 per month into.

I cannot work out if I am entitled to also have a cash isa and still put 3000 per year in or if you can only have a cash isa only or a stocks and shares isa only per year.
