How long to wait till receive cash back?

Good morning

I sent off my 6 month bill to CPW to get cash back as part of thier offer, 3 weeks ago. I have heard nothing ( I know they got the letter). What is the usual time frame?

    I've recently had 3 back. Took 4 to 5 weeks

    I haven't used CPW but I have used E2save which is part of CPW and they routinely seem to take 6-8 weeks.

    I sent off my 4th bill to them 2 weeks ago and received a text from them (CPW) a week later to confirm that my chequeback has been raised and it could take upto 45 days to process. Haven't heard anything since.
