glad to see dmg is still popping on posting nonsense, glad we are here to amuse you!
Who are we? I think you'll find it is only you that people are laughing at.
I really do think that the other posters are doing a sterling job. Anyone that can persist in trying to make you see sense against your nonsensical arguments deserves a big old family sized Dairy Milk (if I don't eat it first)!

I was replying to your post, I tried to make the best of your post that baffled me, seems I failed; sorry.
It's not too late, why not send it back?
ICE will find the unit faulty and refund all you paid and the courier fee.
hold on a mo, this goes back to the original post as well
The primary reason for establishing a "lack of trust" was the almost immediate insistence I return the said goods at my expense.
This was furthered by the refusal to state clearly in an email whether or not I would be refunded all postage if the unit was found faulty. alarm bells started ringing.
They were further set off by TS advice that this was incorrect I did not need to return the goods, it was up to incarexpress to collect them.
incarexpress made no attempt to find out my level of technical capability so had no reason to suspect I was anything other than capable of fitting correctly.
The most recent event, (ie was discovered in their offer of settlement made a few days before trial) they have "Goods In Transit" insurance, did they mention this back in January, no they did not.
And people wonder why I suspect how open and honest this firm may be?
I admit I've not been very polite to the people posting when they aren't specific in backing up their arguments but...it seems to me everyone has answered a question that hasn't been asked.click here to achieve nothing!0 -
Google-uk "incarexpress"check out number 3rd find!!
Is that supposed to make sense?Gone ... or have I?0 -
Quite simple I believe,Send it back to them registered,Take the serial number of the unit incase they swap it and say there was nothing wrong it.
They either give you a refund if it is faulty or another new unit.
Having it sitting in your house will get you neither of the above.0 -
